The Source Skills Academy is a flagship centre providing state of the art training, development and conferencing facilities for all sectors of the local community and local businesses in The Sheffield City Region.

The Source plays a central part in providing training for inward investors into the region and contributes to regional, social and economic regeneration strategies, connecting disadvantaged communities to new economic opportunities, supporting local businesses in their training needs and encouraging inward investment.

As part of our commitment to supporting inward investment and supporting business needs, we are working together with local partners with the aim to make Sheffield a WorldHost Destination and we are committed to achieving WorldHost Destination status for the Sheffield City Region.

WorldHost customer service training has been used to train over 200,000 people in the UK and one million people worldwide and provides a gold standard for any business that relies on a day-to-day interaction with customers.

Our aim is to achieve destination status for Sheffield by summer 2017 in readiness for the Special Olympic Games which will bring thousands of athletes, spectators and support staff to Sheffield and the wider region.
